BOOKING FEES

A booking fee is required upon booking which can be paid via PayPal or bank transfer. Booking fees must be paid when booking to ensure the appointment is booked and secured; Otherwise there is no guarantee that the appointment will be available and it will be open to another customer to book. The remainder of the payment must be paid in full on the day, this then can be paid by cash, card payment, PayPal or bank transfer in the shop. ALL BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, are the customers responsibility once paid and are required when placing a booking.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment we need at least 7 DAYS notice, this can be done via our Facebook page, email or by contacting us via our telephone number even out of hours. Booking-fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and are the customers responsibility once the booking fee has been paid. If you give us 7 DAYS notice we can reschedule your appointment and move the booking fee to your desired day, If no notice is given within this time frame then you will lose your booking fee and be charged the full amount of your treatment. As this does not give us enough time to fill your slot, we take a booking fee to cover products ordered and is unfair on clients waiting to get booked in earlier.
